natural and artificial light sources

Hello world! Today I am going to talk about light we first did natural and artificial light sources. Close your eyes and imagine life with out light. What are some different sources of light. Natural light is light that is not man-made.The sunlight is natural light.

Artificial light is light that is man-made.Fireworks is artificial light.

Emitting light and reflecting light 

No time no see. Light energy has 2 different kinds sources. Natural light and artificial light if you read the top then you will know about it.  Objects that emit or give off are called luminous.PIC

light travels in a line(Experiment 1)

Long time no see. I did a experiment on light travels in a line. The materials are paper, torch/flashlight and clay. With the paper poke a hole through the cards and add a X in the last one. Then we toke are torch/flashlight and made it shine through we tried 2 times then it worked yay. This is a pic of the experiment that I did.  

 

What make  a good reflector(Experiment 2)

We did a Experiment yay. It was fun. My prediction/hypothesis (what you think is going to hapend) was the white paper would be the best but it was not that well.

This is what happend. The best reflector is the smooth tinfoil because it dose not absorb so it reflect 95% of the infrared rays which strike it.  The worst was coloured paper because it was not red it has to be red if it is not than it will not work.

Transparent,translusent and opaque

This is a experiment that you can do a you need is scissors ,glue ,paper ,bag and tissue paper. You can make a shape it douse not matter what shape. Then you have to your bag it and cut it then cut all the other papers and then clue it. Put arouse and rite OPAQUE ,TRANSLUCENT and TRANSPARENT. Examples are window is transparent , sunglasses are translucent, decks are opaque.
